Just about every one of the 4558 op-amp chips is bad. Have replaced 10 so far and need to get approx 5-10 more.
Will buy some more tomorrow (have just about exhausted local stocks.

To do:
Place order for 25 of the 4558'
Troubleshoot till done.

Cannot duplicate problem - probable cause is overheating. I've seen this before with GK amps. Disassembled, Cleaned and applied heat sink compound. Bench tested at full power for 1 hour.

Noisy and Soft

Needs pot on rhy1 (& 2 I think) volume knobs (far left) still very noisy, every chnl has a prob of some kind. Still working on this. Needs new reverb tank. Needs re-furbishing.

Reverb doesn't work but sounds good otherwise.Has open resistor from B+ to reverb xformer. Schematic indicates 33k - but the part says it's a 3.3k. Also found (painfully) that the reverb tank was bad and replaced it with the one from the Boogie mkIV combo amp.

Had dead pwr tube (6L6), Lead Chnl inoperative, EQ Dead inoperative, Reverb Inoperative
Added 4 preamp tubes (originals very nosiy, squeally). Replaced open resistor on platee of bad pwr tube.
Needs power tubes - put in upon return.

Didn't have any preamp tubes - added 6 12ax7's. Power tubes work in my amp. Very low volume, you can hear it but barely. I've now repaired the reverb circuit (an open plate resistor) but the wire from the lead master to the board broke and I've got to figure out where it goes. I'd just finished fixing it and put it back together when the wire broke. Every time I take it apart I've got to fix something. So, I'll finish it soon.

ToDo:
Fix master vol knob broken wire.
Fix squealing and motorboating.

 Noisy, Dead Lead Chnl, Fails (bias) after 10 minutes

Left Volume pot somewhat scratchy. Replaced all 4 preamp tubes (12ax7). One was dead (lead chnl) and rest were noisy. Bench tested at full power for 45 minutes.Tested spare tube in back of amp. Recommend new power tubes but originals still work.

Channel one is down. Unsoldered and checked all 16 power transistors. Found one bad one. Replaced it but the thing still blows one of the 93v supply fuses. Probably the drivers?

ToDo:
Check the driver transistors.
I'm Thinking about just all four boards from botht QSC's back to the factory.
The boards are light and shouldn't cost to much to ship back in one box.

No Output, but signal is present on power transistors. I can see/hear the output relay engaging but I think it's dead.
The fan is dead. It can be spin-started to fails to rotate on power-up.
